Federal Elections in the United States of America, Part I

The United States of America holds congressional elections on Tuesday, November 2, 2010, to fill all 435 seats in the House of Representatives and 37 of 100 seats in the Senate. The mid-term election will be the first nationwide vote since 2008, when Barack Obama made history by becoming the first African-American elected to the presidency.
